Rolling Harvest Food Rescue is a local hunger relief organization that removes thousands and thousands of potential fresh food waste from from farms, and redistributes this fresh, surplus produce into the charitable food assistance pantries and organizations serving our most insecure neighbors in our community”. Lindsay, Rolling Harvest’s Volunteer and Community Outreach Manager will be helping with the clothing swap (a big fan and supporter of sustainable practices and Slow Fashion!) and will also have a table of information about her organization and all the programs they currently have serving our community - including Nutrition Education and Outreach, and Advocacy and Policy too.
